Public Notice on Band A Tariff Compliance
It came to the attention of the Commission that MainPower Electricity Distribution Company Limited had reverted to charging its Band A customers N209.50/kWh as against the Commission’s Order of N160.40/kWh.
The Commission stated that such action constituted a breach of the Tariff Order by MainPower Electricity Distribution Limited 2025.
