Public Notice on MainPower Account Creation and Estimated Billing
The Enugu State Electricity Regulatory Commission received several complaints that MainPower Electricity Distribution Limited was creating new accounts for customers who already had existing accounts without providing dedicated meters.
The Commission noted that this subjected affected customers to additional estimated bills.
